ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I just now discovered this missing ability.
Always before, I have been able to drag/drop an image thumbnail onto a Smiley
Face icon under the People tag heading and that image replace the Smiley Face.
This version, drag/drop an image thumbnail onto it's appropriate Smiley Face
icon does nothing; the Smiley Face stays there.
Many, more than half, of my People keyword tag icons have the "normal" icon...;
these work and I am able to replace the generic icon with an image thumbnail;
it is only the keyword tags with the Smiley Face icons that give me trouble.
