KRunner window on top of the popup dialog
SUMMARY
When invoking the "Switch User" action from KRunner, a popup is created below
the KRunner window, making it unable to be interacted with.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Execute "Switch User" in KRunner.
OBSERVED RESULT
The KRunner window stays on top of the popup dialog.
EXPECTED RESULT
The KRunner window should either disappear or stay behind.
