1. Download plasma-workspace 5.27.4
2. extract and install
3. try to install kde-cli-tools
OBSERVED RESULT
kde-cli-tools fails to install due to 5.27.3 plasma-workspace being found
EXPECTED RESULT
get correct version of plasma-workspace
