SUMMARY
It is currently not possible to change the colors of hte
[Colors:Header][Inactive] section in KColorSchemeEditor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Edit a color scheme
2. Pick color set
OBSERVED RESULT
Header section is available but not the Header[Inactive]
EXPECTED RESULT
Add Header (inactive) section
