The commit mentioned is only in a repo named "Unmaintained / KDE Pim Libraries" of which the most recent commit is in 2016. Apparently the repos are moved around and this commit was lost. Can't find the files of the commit in either Korganizer or Akonadi repos in github. Idk what's happening.
