SUMMARY
It would be nice to have the following options:
- Command line parameter to start kolourpaint with specified canvas dimensions
- Option to easily change canvas dimensions by entering values (seems like
there is only an option to resize by dragging). Such a dialog could pop up e.g.
if the dimensions displayed on the lower right are clicked.
