SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Auto-align the Icons (I chose Top to Bottom and Left)
2. Move an Icon
3. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
The Desktop Icons get rearranged randomly. If not corrected manually, it gets
worse with every reboot.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Icons/Folders/Files should stay where they were at the last reboot.
