SUMMARY
In the Breeze Light and Breeze Dark theme, the "Inactive Titlebar Text" color
is not respected. The title text of inactive windows stays the same color as
the title text of active window while it's not how it is defined in the theme.
This does not affect Breeze Classic.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use either Breeze Light or Breeze Dark color scheme for Plasma.
2. Have a first window opened.
3. Focus a second window.
OBSERVED RESULT
The titlebar text of the first window stayed the same color as in active
window.
EXPECTED RESULT
The titlebar text of the first window changes of color for the "Inactive
Titlebar Text" color defined by the selected theme.
