SUMMARY
Open File Manager in Konsole does nothing. Does not open dolphin. 'Open
Terminal Here' in dolphin does work and opens Konsole to the correct directory.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Right click and then click 'Open File Manager'
OBSERVED RESULT
- Nothing happens
- When running konsole in the another terminal and then clicking on the
'Open File Manager' the terminal from which Konsole was opened from has this
event logged:
kf.service.services: KApplicationTrader: mimeType "x-scheme-handler/file" not
found
EXPECTED RESULT
Opens the dolphin file manager to the respective directory that Konsole is
currently in.

- Underline Links in the mouse section is enabled in Konsole, for the file
thumbnail generation feature.
