Created tags don't appear
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click file
2. Click assign tags > create new. This opens the new tag dialog.
3. Enter name, click OK
4. Right click same file, hover assign tags
OBSERVED RESULT
created tag does not appear
EXPECTED RESULT
created tag appears
