SUMMARY
After recent upgrade of spectacle, I've lost ability to crop, drag selection
rectangle at annotation screen, and other things.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to 23.04.0
2. Make a screenshot
3. Get disappointed
OBSERVED RESULT
New UI layout, features have been dropped
EXPECTED RESULT
UI consistent with version of spectacle released during 5.26.0 cycle

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Versions released during 2023 were consistently low quality - gigantic buttons
on 150% HiDPI systems, copy-to-clipboard only working on first screen grab,
nerfed capture screen update before this one, and now I can't even crop the
screenshot I've made or zoom with scrolling wheel!
