SUMMARY
Everything window-switching and focus-related goes horribly wrong when using
Activities.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a second activity.
2. Switch to it.
3. Open a few windows.
4. Alt-tab through.
OBSERVED RESULT
Focusing one window brings the previous one to view. Dim feature dimming active
window. Clicking windows falls through them to the background windows.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normally working focus and dimming.
