SUMMARY
Scrolling precisely with the mouse wheel in a folder view widget is very
difficult because the scrolling continues after the mouse wheel stops
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a folder view widget to a panel
2. Open it and scroll with the mouse wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
Kinetic scrolling is enforced, making it difficult to scroll precisely
EXPECTED RESULT
Kinetic scrolling is disabled or configurable
