SUMMARY
Every time I open Discover it shows the error message seen in the attached
screenshot.
Unchecking "vendor-directory" in Discover settings eliminates this message.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure "vendor-directory" is checked in Discover settings
2. open Discover
