We've seen bug reports about this in the past, but unfortunately the bug reports are all useless because they don't have enough info and the reporters don't know enough about what's going on to post useful info. This issue could be caused by a large number of things, some of which may not even technically be Spectacle bugs. It's kind of our fault for telling people to post a bug report in the GUI itself without providing more info to the user in the first place.
