a) Can't drag and drop files from Thumbnails view to another folder in left
pane Albums view.
b) Can't drag and drop files to map in Geolocation Editor window.
Unallowed drop location symbol occurs when trying. As there's two similar
behaviors, same problem possibly elsewhere too, haven't tested.
Possible to use alternative methods from right click menu ("Move to Album..."
and "Copy coordinates").
