SUMMARY
Since at least 23.04, it is impossible to select any reminder time other than
"On Event Start".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create or edit an event in kalendar
2. Change the default reminder time from 15 minutes, to anything else.
OBSERVED RESULT
The time is set to "On event start", regardless of your chosen option.
EXPECTED RESULT
Your chosen option is properly selected.
