SUMMARY
Silent install no longer works with /S. You now get a pop-up.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run from cmd installer with /S argument
OBSERVED RESULT
1. You see a pop-up (A reboot may be needed to complete install if upgradin
from pre- 1.8.)
This happens even if KDiff was never present on that machine.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. No pop-up

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This makes the app undeployable in corporate environments
