SUMMARY
The discover icon is missing from the system tray (except sometimes while
discover is actually running)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the system
2. Look in the system tray
OBSERVED RESULT
No discover icon in the system tray, either always or conditionally. No option
in discover to put it there.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover icon appears in the system tray when updates are available.
