            Bug ID: 470388
Summary: Double-clicking a tab to open a new tab
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
           Version: 23.04.0
          Platform: Neon
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: esperluett...@proton.me
                CC: kfm-de...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
Actually, double-clicking on the empty space of the tab bar opens a new tab (on
the actual folder).

It would be nice to be able, just like in Kate, the double-click on any tab
(and not only of empty space) to open another tab, mostly because the when
there is enough open tabs to fill the tab bar, there is not more place to
double-click to open another tab.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Open another tab
3. Double-click on any tab

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Another tab should be opened (just after the double-clicked tab, on same folder
path)
