STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole -> Settings -> Configure Konsole
2. Make a new profile -> Edit -> Appearance -> Breeze -> Edit -> Mark 'Blur
background', 'Background color transparency' - 50% -> Apply -> OK -> OK
3. Go to System Settings -> Apply Breeze or Breeze Dark or Breeze Twilight or
Oxygen theme
4. Go to Workspace Behavior -> Dekstop effects -> Mark 'Translucency' and
'Woobly Windows'
5. Open any application in front of the opened Konsole and try to drag the
application window
OBSERVED RESULT
There is an abberational frame that rims the application's window.
