SUMMARY
when another window want attention, kwin just switches to it's virtual desktop,
its only dolphin doing this
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. choose a file that would take some time to compress, right click -> compress
here as whatever
2. switch virtual desktop and wait for compression to finish
3. boom! dolphin teleports to current desktop
