What does that mean? What apps are you talking about? Can you describe
*exactly* what those apps are doing that causes the Task Manager to update or
flash? I ask because this does not seem like normal behavior.
A screen recording might help avoid a lot of bash-and-forth questions and
answering. If you could attach one, it would be very helpful.
