Can you move aside your ~/.local/share/kscreen folder, disable any randr
scripts you're using, and then try again?
If the issue happens again, hit Alt+F2 to launch KRunner, which you can use to
launch Konsole, and then you can run kscreen-doctor in there. But from the
looks of it, the problem here may be in Plasma, rather than KScreen.
