SUMMARY
I am using 3 monitors, 1 built-in from laptop(Lenovo) and 2 externals.
I disabled the built-in screen most of the time. While it turned off, if I
manipulate the brightness, mouse starts jiggling, stuttering or not moving
smoothly.
I tried disabled one of the external and enable the built-in, everything works.
If I get back the brightness again, everything works.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Untick `Enabled` of `built-in Screen` from `System Settings - Display
Configuration`.
2. Manipulate the brightness. Up or down that does not matter. But not the same
brightness as it was.
3. Mouse starts jiggling. If I Enabled built-in Screen again or get back to the
original brightness, everything works.
