All other widgets (which are not reduced to the limit) remain in the places and sizes I specified. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Add widget tо desktop 2. Change it's size to minimum 3. Reboot or Log Out 4. Check it's size OBSERVED RESULT The size increases a little EXPECTED RESULT The size stays the way the user set it.
