Screenshots of widgets before and after log out

SUMMARY
After reboot/log-out, widgets that have been resized by user to minimum size,
change size back every time.
All other widgets (which are not reduced to the limit) remain in the places and
sizes I specified.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add widget tо desktop
2. Change it's size to minimum
3. Reboot or Log Out
4. Check it's size

OBSERVED RESULT
The size increases a little

EXPECTED RESULT
The size stays the way the user set it.
