STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Plasma with a 1366x768 screen
2. right-click on the Panel and choose "Enter edit mode"
3. click on "More options..." button
OBSERVED RESULT
"More options" menu opens and the buttons on top of it are not visible. Please
see the attached screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
"More options" menu is entirely visible/usable
