STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mute the audio
2. Set an alarm
3. Wait for the alarm
OBSERVED RESULT
Alarm is triggered, but silently, there is no sound.
EXPECTED RESULT
Alarm is triggered with sound. The phone is temporary unmuted.
