Bug ID: 471212
Summary: Using Small Color Selector swaps red and blue
Classification: Applications
Product: krita
Version: git master (please specify the git hash!)
Platform: Other
OS: Other
Status: REPORTED
Keywords: regression
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: Color Selectors
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
SUMMARY
Using the Small Color Selector with RGBA colorspace will select a color with
red and blue swapped from what was chosen. Other color selectors work fine and
update the Small Color Selector correctly. Other colorspaces seem to work fine,
but converting to and from RGBA will swap the R/B of the active color.
It's apparently caused by commit 4f61ff29, as reverting it fixes the issue.
Was reported on KA here:
https://krita-artists.org/t/color-changed-to-the-opposite-color-in-lastest-nighlies/68625
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a document using RGBA colorspace.
2. Use the Small Color Selector to select a color. (The Advanced Color Selector
and FBtoBG Gradient will also show this color, but the Wide Gamut, Specific,
and FG/BG color selectors show the actually picked color.)
3. Draw something to confirm the color being used.
OBSERVED RESULT
Painting with a color with swapped red/blue from what was chosen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Painting with the color that was chosen.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
