Can confirm this one on Neon, it only happens while moving files the panel and
everything in it will "hang" until the notification of the moving process pops.
Doing the same from a terminal within dolphin does not cause the issue.
Changing task managers does not help as well as tuning off compositor.
"Size" apparently is not a factor, but the amount of files is. I moved 10 pdfs
~500MiB
and the hang was brief, almost not noticeable. Then i tried with 30 mp3 files ~
200MiB, the panel hang hard until the notification showed up.
I my case i don't have a SSD drive.
