Basically just what the title says.
This occurred to me when trying to use the Steam Client on a 4K screen with no
scaling. The app has no way of zooming, and it is extremely tiny!
The simplest solution would be to just apply the magnifying effect, but just on
the window contents. Though admittedly, the quality of the look of the Steam
Client is pretty bad since it's already been drawn ridiculously tiny. Would it
perhaps be possible to make the Steam Client draw to what it believes is a
smaller resolution?
And, of course, being able to zoom/scale a window the other way would also be
good.
