The tools
SUMMARY

There aren't any of those very basic and required tools. Align, Distribute,
Mirror, Rotate, Change canvas size, Group two or more objects to manipulate as
group.
Some of those must be added to transform effect dialogue: Align, Distribute,
Mirror (there are effect, which can be easily combined with transform in menu
by adding just 2 new buttons)
