Bug ID: 471547 Summary: Make the Select Album dialog remember its size Classification: Applications Product: digikam Version: unspecified Platform: Mint (Ubuntu based) OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: digikam-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: wel...@tutanota.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Can the Select Album dialog box be made to remember is size (and possibly position relative to the parent window) from use to use? use case: I run digikam often on a big screen TV at 4k, this dialog is used quite often and every time appears very small able to show a handful of albums. I drag it 4-5x larger ( taller really) each time I use it so I can see more, but it returns to its original small size each time. Such a fix would make using digikam much more efficient! STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open the Select Album window (RC any image, select move for example) 2. Dialog appears 3. Drag dialog much larger so you can see a lot more available albums, finish the operation 4. Open the dialog again, it has returned to its original small size. OBSERVED RESULT Select Album dialog does not remember size and position from use to use EXPECTED RESULT Would be a big productivity boost if the dialog would return to the previously used size and position SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Mint 21 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
