STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open SDDM KCM
2. click on "Apply Plasma settings..."

OBSERVED RESULT
broken popup opens: its size is bigger than normal and ita buttons are missing.
Please compare the screenshots taken on neon unstable and Arch Linux.
EXPECTED RESULT
popup with correct size, the buttons to apply Plasma settings and reset to
defaults are available.
