STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Neon Unstable from live iso
2. Login, (either Plasma (X11) or Plasma (Wayland) - Nvidia GPU, but don't
know if that's at all relevant)
3. Look at bottom taskbar.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Peek at Desktop, Date/Time, Plasma Integration, Clipboard Contents, Volume,
Battery, Bluetooth, Wifi, and Show Hidden Icons icons are all (in that order)
on the far left of the bottom taskbar, to the left of the Application Launcher,
System Settings, Discover and Dolphin icons, (as well as any window titles when
using the Classic Task Manager, which I currently am, but pretty sure the
positioning was wrong on the default icon only task manager too).

EXPECTED RESULT
Expected everything from Peek to Show Hidden icons to be pinned to the right on
the task manager bottom bar, with only the Application Launcher through Dolphin
icons pinned to the left.
