ffmpeg configuration
SUMMARY
The ffmpeg distributed as part of the org.kde.Platform/x86_64/5.15-22.08
runtime reports the attached text as its configuration. The libsvtav1 encoder
is not listed, so this ffmpeg does not support libsvtav1, and as a consequence
the Kdenlive flatpak can't use libsvtav1 as an export encoder. Would it be
possible to add support for libsvtav1 for the ffmpeg in that runtime?
