in the filter from the right side tool bar , we can filter pictures that have a
particular tag(s) and we can choose if the criteria is AND or OR.
Could be also useful to add criteria "NOT AND" (to exclude all the selected
tags) and "NOT OR" (to exclude one of the tag, but not sure if it makes sense).
Even if this is already availble in the advanced searc (right side tool bar) ,
such option would avoid to create a specific searc for such purpose
