STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings | Configure Digikam | Image Editor | RAW Default Settings | Auto
Brightness
2. Raw Behaviour set to Using the default Settings, in 16 bit
3. Uncheck Auto Brightness
4. OK
5. Load RAW file
6. Repeat, turning Auto Brightness back on
7. Load RAW file
OBSERVED RESULT
Before turning Auto Brightness off, loading a RAW file in the editor adjusts
the brightness as expected.
After turning Auto Brightness off, a dull RAW image is loaded with a narrow
spectrum as expected
After turning it back on, there is no change i.e. the brightness adjustment
does not take place.
