PC: KDEConnect version v23.04, WinSCP version v6.1.1
Android: KDEConnect v1.27
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right-click KDE system-tray icon
2. Hover over menu selection for phone (mine says "moto g play (2021)")
3. Select "Browse Device"
OBSERVED RESULT
- Nothing occurs. The KDEConnect app on the phone and PC "blink" as if
connection is briefly lost but re-established.
EXPECTED RESULT
- WinSCP should open up with a confirmation for the SFTP connection. (It worked
for me using a previous version of KDEConnect)

Windows: 10.0.19045
- KDEConnect: v23.04
- WinSCP: v6.1.1
Android: 11
- KDEConnect: v1.27
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- the related permissions on my phone are set and enabled
- also tested temporarily disabling Antivirus and firewall; didn't work.
