Hi, brah.rah!
When moving a layer under the transform mask, please move the mask itself. Or
just use the transform tool over the source layer (which will fallback into
editing the mask itself). When you apply the move tool of the layer, it moves
**the layer** in **layer's coordinates**, and the mask just
transforms/flips/rotates that movement.
