When you have multiple accounts setup in Tokodon there isn't a way to determine
which account the notification corresponds to.
It would be great to see notifications that include the account name/username
popup if there is more than 1 account setup.
A notification would show:
Tokodon
Bob's Mastodon Account ([email protected])
John followed you.
