KDE Plasma Shell is EXTREMELY sluggish after long time of usage (and suspending
laptop)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE Plasma shell on laptop
2. Suspend laptop after some time of usage
OBSERVED RESULT
After couple of days the KDE Plasma Shell will be extremely sluggish. Even
simple task as pressing Application Launcher is lagging, not to mention moving
between apps.

I ran `htop` in order to check why is my ram usage so high, and except for
couple of docker containers and node processes I noticed that there are plenty
of plasmashell processes. Maybe this is causing the issue?:

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Plasma Shell should be working fast after long time of usage
