STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create several sequences
2. delete one or more
3. create new sequence
OBSERVED RESULT
The new sequence number will be the total number of sequences
If I have deleted sequence #1 out of 5 total, the new sequence will be #5,
even if there is already a #5
