SUMMARY
Seems pin and unpin application at the Task Manager isn't save, so at the next
start of plasma session user gets no changes
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Konsole / Dolphin
2. Pin it (or unpin if is pinned already to the Task Manager
3. relogin / restart PC
OBSERVED RESULT
Application isn't pinned/unpinned after next start of Plasma session
EXPECTED RESULT
Application should be pinned/unpinned after next start of Plasma session
