STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot using Spectacle
2. Draw an arrow with the annotations
3. Change tool to select the arrow
4. Delete the arrow
5. Save or copy / paste the screenshot

Arrow appears in screenshot

No arrow in the screenshot
