OBSERVED RESULT
Currently, https://invent.kde.org appears to use Gravatar to acquire external
synchronized avatars.
EXPECTED RESULT
https://invent.kde.org should use Libravatar instead of Gravatar, because (at
least) due to what https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/793 states

Regarding the statament that the replacement is drop-in,
https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/libravatar.html provides the relevant
information. I agree with that assessment.
