STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unlock with password
2. Click the "Add account" button
3. Fill Account name, issuer, choose TOTP, enter secret key.
OBSERVED RESULT
The "Add" button on the top right stays disabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "Add" button should be enabled
