This is something that would be nice to have, but there are some conceptual
issues that would need to be hashed out first. Among them:
- How could SDDM read these user settings without giving it access to the
user's homedir (which we obviously can't do)?
- If you have a multi-user system, whose user should the settings be read from?
And should this be configurable by the user?
