The boxes in red are 'stuck' monitors and will never go away. The volume control widget is not open at this time. As you can see by the existence of three of these, once it fails, it will continue to fail in the same way, each time I open the volume widget, it will create a new one and fail to destroy it when I close the widget, stacking dead pipewire objects forever until PW is restarted.
