Wayland, which they did not under X11
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. multiple desktops and windows of a application in them (in my case firefox)
2. reboot the system
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
all windows are in the first virtual desktop
EXPECTED RESULT
windows should be in the last virtual desktop they were
